Help: Download

The download page can be accessed by following the Download link on any Full Citation, Full Text, Marked List or My Archive: Saved Items page.

You can use the Download page to export citations directly to your citation manager software or download them in several formats.

To export citations directly to your citation manager software:

Click the Export directly to ProCite, EndNote or Reference Manager link
OR
Click the Export directly to RefWorks link
Follow the steps for importing data into your chosen citation manager.

To download citations:

Select the Download in a format compatible with ProCite, EndNote, Reference Manager and RefWorks link
OR
Select the Download in plain text format link
Follow your browser instructions for downloading a file

Note: Journal items can only be downloaded in plain text format.

Note: When you choose the option to Download in format compatible with ProCite, EndNote, Reference Manager and RefWorks, an RIS file is created. RIS is a file structure used by ProCite, EndNote, Reference Manager and RefWorks to import data.

The citations for the items you wish to download are displayed below the export and download option links.
